ETH Rehab Centre takes off: Executive director Dr. Oliver Stoller joins in April
ETH Zurich’s Rehabilitation Initiative is now taking shape with a newly founded competence centre for Rehabilitation Engineering and Science (RESC). The centre will establish an interdisciplinary network with all the necessary expertise to develop a holistic approach for the comprehensive management of movement impairments.
The goal is to restore or maintain independence, productivity, and quality of life in people with movement impairments, and to make our environment more inclusive in general. The RESC centre will link existing and novel professorships and their groups, promoting exchange and interdisciplinary research, education and knowledge transfer to address overarching societal questions. The competence centre’s executive office will start operating in April 2020 with its executive director Dr. Oliver Stoller.
